Comment: What more traditional meal is there than steak & potato to satisfy an appetite any time of the day morning, noon or night? Steak & eggs, steak & fries, steak & salad, steak & spaghetti. You name the combination and savor the results but for this recipe our combo is with baked potatoes and stir-fry vegetables.

10-15 minutes steak, 5 minutes vegetables

Ingredients:
2 10 ounce Strip Sirloin Steaks
2 medium-large baking potatoes
2 cups stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp butter or Margarine
1 tbls olive oil
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation:
- Prepare outside grill or oven grill using slotted grill pan cover. Prepare steaks by sprinkling them with salt, pepper and garlic powder and a brush olive oil and time your grilling to coincide with the cooking of the vegetables.
- Place potatoes in micro for maximum 20 minutes. Check periodically and when done, wrap in alum foil to stay hot until ready to use.
Condiments: A1 Steak Sauce, Hot Pepper Flakes, Sour Cream, Hot Sauce, Extra Olive Oil, Vinegar, Butter/Margarine
